12:00 am - 12:00 am

Hello CCC families,

Sriramanavami Aradhana at CCC was a festive, fun and rare event and those who attended the program yesterday would agree to that. Both young angel voices and mature adult voices gave the audience a wide variety show, ranging from stories, bhajans to classical pieces, in vocal and instruments, all in praise of Lord Rama. While Hanuman Chalisa in Tamil was a nice treat to all, Namdev's singing(which was really good)/narration and pink ladies stirred-up the audience quite a bit. Many new talent was portrayed on stage yesterday, it seems like our performers list is growing and also, we need more allocation for `mature' folks in our next anniversary event!

Quite a few members couldn't attend this event and we realize that it was a long weekend and many had vacation plans or had guests from out of town in addition to the Cleveland conflict. The attendance was lower than usual (about 100) and we hope to see more of you in the upcoming events. One of the humble requests we have is, as a member, we recommend you to attend most concerts if not all to encourage all performers. You are always welcome to bring your family/friends to any CCC event, thanks to Sudha/Sekar, we don't have a space issue now.

Thank you again Sudha, Chandrasekar, Sandhya and Sanjay for hosting the program and for letting us leave the equipment there after the event because it was raining. Namdev and his team (Chinmai, Ravindran, Sriram, Ramchandran, Jayaraman, Meera, Shankar, Mohan, Guru) as usual did a good job with audio/photos/video/streaming. A BIG thank you to all the volunteers who helped cook, pack and cleanup the food yesterday (especially Pramila and Ramya for cleanup), we had plenty of food to go around.

Please mark your calendar for May 9th Sunday (early afternoon hours) for our next event.

Best Regards.....Padma
