June CCC, Sunday 12th, 2016

Dear members,

CONGRATULATIONS to all our 2016 graduates!!!! Each school graduation, may it be kindergarten or grad school, is a milestone in a student’s growth and should be encouraged/celebrated!!! Our June CCC event witnessed evidence of strong musical growth in many repeated performers and we are proud of all those repeat performers who did a fantastic job! The new intro slot performers presented their best to gain deserved recognition and spot among our friendly audience! A sincere thanks to all those members who made an effort to attend the show.

The well thought out/researched Feature-A-Guru segment labeled ‘Reflections’ presented by Vidwan Sri Hari Devanath gave all the performers, irrespective of their level, a great perspective to the art of perfecting their performances. Knowing ones strength or weakness itself is a great step forward to improve and I heard positive feedback from parents that the survey helped them understand how their child felt about performing. Thank you Hari for doing this segment and sharing your special day (Wedding anniversary) with our CCC members!

Please save Saturday, July 9^th from 2pm to 5pm for our next event, which is a SPECIAL ALUMNI EVENT featuring 21 of our CCC member kids, who are in college now. It’ll be a group presentation featuring selected compositions in which you’ll see many of our (now adult) CCC performers on stage together!
