August CCC, Sunday 4th, 2013

Dear members,

It felt good to group at CCC again after a short break, and sincere thanks to all of you who came to the event to encourage our August performers. We had less than usual number of attendees and it maybe attributed to the fact that people are still on their vacation or vacation mood! All the 9 performers put up their best variety (which included vocals, flute, violin solos) show in front of our encouraging audience and a BIG THANK YOU to all of them for keeping within their time limit yet presenting what they intended to do without compromising any aspect. Congratulations to all the performers and the able accompanists, double thanks to those who did double-duty accompaniments, you must have gotten double the experience this month J

We do value your time, which is why we decided not to stretch the duration of our events further, instead made some changes to the format of the presentations so we can finish on time. Please do ask the children who performed yesterday for their comments in this regard and let me know along with your thoughts so I can decide if to continue this or try other things.

Please mark your calendars for Sunday, Sep 1st afternoon for our September CCC event. I'd like to remind you all that requests to perform in CCC will be honored only if the member family attends our events regularly.
