Feb CCC, Sun 2023

Dear members,

It was a house-full event yesterday, and it was so nice to see so many kids sitting together to enjoy the performances of peers. During the pandemic, people were afraid to see one another, let alone sit next to each other 😊 so it was a surreal moment to have that back now.

 

We had nine solo vocal performances total and we introduced Srihaasini and Anika while the rest were returning vocalists. We introduced (kutti) Siddharth on the mrudangam and the rest were returning accompanists. We had two RTP slots this month and given the number of senior students scheduled to perform, this trend will likely continue in the months to come. All students sang beautifully and the accompanists gave their best, embellishing each performance, kudos to all of them!

 

My sincere thanks to all the gurus for helping the students prepare for the show. Special gratitude to all teachers who graced the event with their encouraging presence and blessings. Here are the links to the photo album and the YouTube link to relive the moments.

My heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers for their valuable help which made the event go smoothly.
