Dear members,

Our 100thCCC event was such a beautiful and gratifying one, thanks to all our extremely talented students, dedicated volunteers and our member families.Our heartfelt thanks to each of you for making it to the event.

Thanks to the divine intervention, there were many specials about this 100thCCC event that just fell in place. To start off, it was Gokulakshtami, the day we celebrate Lord Krishna! It was also the event with the most number of OnTheSpot (OTS) performances, we had FOUR of them and each of those 11 students did extremely well. Happy Birthday again to Akshara, Pranav, Sachin, Sahas, Shashank and Shriya (our performers in September line up) and all the other September babies!

We had nine solo performances, eight on the vocals and one veena solo and they were all simply fantastic. Anirudh N, Akshara(the only new voice we introduced this month), Shriya, Shreya, Ananya, Aishwarya, Avinash, Alaap and Sanika all did a wonderful job presenting their best. Accompanists Sahas, Shreya V, Shashank, Vandana & Tanisha handled their respective assignments on the string and equal support was provided by Akshay S, Umesh, Vivek, Rahul and Sachin on the Mrudangam. Our Four OTS performers Ananya, Avinash, Alaap and Sanika did a great job and our OTS accompanists Urmika, Apurvaa, Aishwarya, Ajay, Pranav, Sriram and Srihari impressed everyone with their superb OnTheSpot accompaniment. I am so very proud of you all!

We are extremely grateful for the committed volunteers we have at CCC who help run the event so very smoothly. Our thanks also to the parents of the many performers who help with setup and clean up as well. With all your support, I am sure, we can hit another centuryJ
